The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, and excellent in communication (verbal and written), confidence in public speaking, be highly organized and be willing to be part of a TEAM.
Qualifications:
Skills, Education/Training and Experience Applicant must be bilingual (English/Spanish), the applicant must demonstrate the ability to speak, read and write Spanish as well as serve as appropriate English speaking model as required by assignment; To meet the needs of the community, a willingness to work evening/weekends will at times be necessary.
Advanced computer skills including mastery in Microsoft Office applications and desktop publishing and graphics software; Demonstrated success in designing and implementing creative strategies to reach new audiences, and to increase constituency commitment, involvement and support; Experience using traditional and electronic media to market ideas, products and/or organizations; An outgoing and positive personality.
Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative working style, and an enthusiasm for building bridges between and among key stakeholders; Must own reliable transportation; Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment; Ability to be attentive to details, be accurate, be precise; Ability to lead/teach and mentor others; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; and work independently with little supervision; Ability to reason/analyze; maintain confidentiality; and demonstrate patience, understanding; and Ability to show initiative; organize workflow; manage one or more projects; and handle frequent interruptions.
Special Characteristics:
Must meet State health requirements for licensed childcare centers Must be flexible and able to maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with staff, parents, volunteers and children in a cooperative venture while complying with applicable state and federal regulations.
Must have sensitivity to children's unique needs, lots of energy and personal commitment to the job (including ability to work long hours as necessary).
Ability to work to with diverse, frequently changing, population of children, families, staff and administration.
Certification/Licenses:
Complete and pass physical and negative TB test.
Annual proof of influenza, (or a statement declining) Proof of pertussis and measles immunizations Fingerprint and Criminal Record clearance required.
FBI and child abuse index.
No fingerprint exceptions.
Valid Driver's License and maintain proof of current insurance if driving on behalf of EES.
Complete and pass CDSS Mandated Reporter Certification every two years EES mandates all employees to have their COVID-19 vaccinations and booster Meet staffing qualifications and operational regulations adopted by both California Community Care Licensing and California Department of Education Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
May require maintaining physical condition necessary for walking, bending, sitting on the floor, standing for long periods of time and lifting materials as necessary.
There will be times you may be performing work under stressful conditions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
