Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration Project Management experience is a MUST.
PMP Certification a PLUS.
Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Experience with Windows 10, networking, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Domain Group Policy, scripts, security & audit tools, VPN, McAfee and Cybereason security products, backup and recovery software, email system, IIS, routers, and switches.
Knowledge in ITIL and/or other frameworks desirable.
IT-related certificates are a Plus Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, J-SOX.
Experience with Cisco Meraki switches.
Knowledge and experience with data science and Python programming language.
Responsibilities:
Drives superior levels of support response time, outstanding user satisfaction, and exceptional service quality.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides leadership in user interactions and Help Desk operations.
Participates in and performs various other IT-related assignments, projects, and tasks as appropriate.
Maintains hardware and software inventory.
Creates and updates various documentations.
Contacts software and hardware vendors for services, quotes, etc.
Performs basic IT and telecom administration such as move, add, change, delete, etc.
Maintains network and telecom wiring.
Coordinates and deploys OS and application software upgrades in conjunction with corporate standards and regulations.
Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$110,000.
00 - $120,000.
