Principal Duties Resident Relations - develop lease agreements, select qualified residents, collect deposits and rents, enforce terms of lease agreements, resolve resident complaints, and oversee eviction proceedings.
Facilities Management - schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate contracts with vendors, regularly inspect property to ensure it is in good working order, and quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues.
Financial Reporting - maintain financial records from property operation, create monthly financial reports for property owner.
Marketing - keep property occupied with qualified residents through advertising and lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants.
Owner Relations - keep open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, financial issues.
Knowledge & Skills Needed Familiar with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations Strong Interpersonal & business communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Competence with office management software Knowledge of financial reporting Compensation Competitive salary (DOE)
