00 an hour Job Description True Nutrition is seeking a full-time Customer Service rockstar! We're looking to fulfill a Customer Service assistant position, to work alongside our Customer Service Manager.

employee) Nutritional Supplement manufacturing retail company with a stellar reputation looking for a certain person to join our always growing team.
We sell top-notch products and have a top-notch reputation to back it up.

About You:
You must be professional, responsible, have great attention to detail, personable and a quick learner.
Bonus points for any supplement knowledge, excellent multi-tasking skills, and ability to research on-the-fly.
Many of our products have multiple uses, most are customizable in nature-- and many can be a bit complex, so there is always something to learn.
How to succeed? You will truly thrive if you work well in an independent environment, are resourceful with provided information, and have a passion for health/fitness (our ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the health/fitness or the supplement industry-- but we are willing to train the right candidate).
There are a few processes to learn, but just like fitness-- keep flexing that muscle and it's bound to grow.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Knowledge Basic knowledge of common diets, to help recommend products Various dietary supplements:
Protein powders, amino acids, vitamins, etc.
Office Skills Work closely with Customer Service Manager to provide top-notch customer service and experience to our current and new TN customers Basic computer skills (typing, website navigation, email etiquette) Assist with processing returns/refunds Maintain quality-control spreadsheet to keep production team in check Answer inbound Customer Service tickets Phone Duties Proper phone etiquette Customer Questions (Products, Promotions, Recommendations, Insight) Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone (and occasionally in person) Amazon Duties Printing out Amazon invoices/packing slips and shipping tags Shipping/Receiving We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS.
You will learn how to print shipping tags, return labels and how to modify shipments among all 3 platforms to assist our customers International and APO (Military) orders True Nutrition Outlet Assist CS Manager in restocking Outlet Store, Inventory, and fulfilling orders After 90 day probationary period, benefits include Health Insurance, Sick Time and constant opportunities for growth.
