Responsible for patient check in through creating encounters, collecting demographic information, etc.
Communicate to patients their length of visit and continuously inform them of the progress Verify insurance/program eligibility Make follow-up appointments Perform financial and eligibility screening for clinic programs Responsible for patient check-out, including collecting required payments Minimum High school graduate or equivalent Minimum one year general office and/or customer service experience Bilingual English/Spanish Experience in verifying insurance/program eligibility Job Types:
