Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Become an expert on our meal prep offerings, ingredients, and nutritional information to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to customers.
Actively listen to customer feedback, identify patterns, and communicate suggestions for improvement to our product development and quality assurance teams.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the customer experience, contribute to process improvements, and implement best practices.
Responding to client with phone, email, text, and live chat
Qualifications:
