The assistant's main duties will be to provide assistance in our ordering and accounting departments in Business Central.
The duties of the Administrative Assistant will also include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
What does an Administrative Assistant do? Administrative Assistant responsibilities include assisting with organization in AR and AP, connecting with customers on past due invoices, helping with updating in Dynamics CRM, and data entries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities Update customer information in Business Central Verify that past due accounts are up to date in Business Central Pull AR/AP reports for Accounting Manager Weekly meeting with Account Manager to review invoicing issues or updates.
Contact customers who are past due.
Answer and direct phone calls to sales team Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Assist Marketing Manager on CRM clean up with data and reporting.
Assist Holter Manager with Scheduling and holter data cleaning.
Assist in resolving any administrative issues.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Requirements Knowledge of Business Central is a plus and knowledge of functionality and tips and tricks on how to help our team would be a bonus.
A quick earner Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications:
Excel & PowerPoint a Must Excellent written and verbal communication skills High School degree:
additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Knowledge of Computer, installation, and software update - Able to work on a PC.
Must be local or willing to drive to Vista.
