Summary:
The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for all office functions at Pacha that are essential for operating a food manufacturing operation.
This will include but not be limited to:
HR functions, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining certifications (organic, gluten free, regenerative), compliance (health department, food safety audits, licenses), logistics (incoming and outgoing shipments), customer service, executive assisting as needed and all other general and administrative tasks that are needed.

Qualifications:
Education:
A combination of coursework and/or on-the job training that provides the technical skills necessary to be able to execute the role.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative role related to the above job description.
License or Certification:

Experience working in Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Sheets, and Quickbooks Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Upholding PACHA's company values and representing PACHA with enthusiasm and confidence.
Ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace Participating in PACHA's company-wide check-in system to address concerns, identify opportunities for growth, acknowledge Paying bills and receiving payments on invoices Scheduling payroll / following up with managers and employees on time clock approval Filing invoices and required paperwork in Quickbooks and Google Drive Running sales and production reports Supporting the CEO and Director of Marketing as needed Scheduling deliveries of raw materials and shipments of finished goods Managing overseas customer service representative and handling customer service duties Maintaining certifications and licenses including organic cert, gluten free, health certificate, food safety audits, regenerative certification, etc.
COMPENSATION:
