We are looking for a hungry and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing department.
Summary:
The Marketing Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the marketing department by identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brand, and perform a variety of projects and initiatives to support the marketing and sales team.
These are the tasks we trust in you:
Report and work closely with the marketing manager to organize and develop sales tools and achieve marketing goals.
Maintain marketing literature, promotional items and other marketing material inventories.
Manage and update social media accounts and email campaigns.
Assist marketing manager and sales team with tradeshow and event coordination.
Understand company product and brand and identify marketing trends and key opportunities.
Learn and work with various types of software/programs for digital and print graphics.
To grow in this position, it requires the following:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or similar field (preferred).
At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing related job or internship experience.
Good organization skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with production graphics and be familiar with advertising processes.
