Come join our team! Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Investigate and follow up on all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail Support Sales Group with customer orders through entire process from Receipt of Order to Order Entry, to collecting payment information, updating customers with status of order/back orders, to when it ships and after sale support Review the BO Report daily and monitor the ship dates to update customer Work with Purchasing to get lead times or revised receipt dates for items not in stock in order to communicate with customer Print Orders to Warehouse, and coordinate with Shipping Dept on logistics of orders Quote customers on standard component products.
For price negotiations, supervisor approval is required Assist with entering job folders for standard media and system jobs to forward to Production Process Return Goods Authorizations for customer needing to return merchandise Work in conjunction with Accounting for credit card payments, or credit applications from customers Maintain general customer relations and account management Experience Required:
Minimum three years sales/customer service experience in a manufacturing environment with a technical product line, and a proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction Excellent telephone, writing, and computer skills (MS Office).
Good math and communication skills required.
Computer network familiarity, and Macola software experience a plus Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
