years of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment Excellent in-person, email, and phone communication skills Computer proficiency and ability to type 30
WPM Reliable transportation Ability to attend 1 monthly Saturday meeting at our local corporate headquarters A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred.
A college degree or dispatching experience would be a bonus.
Experience with fieldwork software would also be a plus.
