- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or to gather feedback - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Requirements:
