We are currently in a Hybrid work model where you will be in the office 2x/week and working remotely from home 3x/week.
This schedule is subject to change.
Must be able to work remotely from home (reliable internet and a quiet and dedicated work space.

) Initial Training Schedule:
8am-5pm 3x/week in-office:
(Tue/Wed/Thur) for first 60 days Permanent shift:
Monday-Friday - 10am-7pm, 2x/week in-office (Tue/Thur)
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, chat, support tickets, and email correspondence.
Provide assistance to customers on domain names, account access, order/domain status and technical support for domain names including troubleshooting nameserver/DNS issues.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
Offer and upsell our portfolio of products & services based on customer needs.
Outreach to customers to assist them with completing their pending order(s), collecting required documentation and offering complimentary services.
Skills &
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, administration or related position Have an interest in IT, the internet and computers Personable and attentive Strong interpersonal skills Positive and friendly attitude Excellent attention to detail Impeccable attendance and punctuality Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability of processing and analyzing information received Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications (Excel, Word) Extra points for:
