Our main focus is the patient and their receiving excellent care and have a good experience while at our office.
We have a great team, and our looking for that person who will be a real asset to us and understands the importance of having a great office environment to work in and maintaining a rewarding and fun work experience.
Our new front office administrator will greet patients and check them in and out of the practice.
Some of the duties for this position include; Insurance verification and eligibility of benefits, going over fees with the patient, and estimated co-pay at the time of service.
Being an excellent scheduler for the our practice.
Providing a comforting environment for our patients, discussing and answering questions they may have, and ensuring they feel welcomed in our office and know that they are being listened to and cared for.
We want our new person to have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with our patients.

9 to 6 Tuesday:
9 to 6 Wednesday:
9 to 6 Thursday:
9 to 6 Friday:
9 to 6 We prefer you have 2 years experience.
