- Assist in examining and reviewing daily Time & Material tickets for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with set-up documents for new jobs including forms for the Department of Industrial Relations, and bonds, general liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties such as phone back-up, filing, organizing.
- Work with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of all monthly accounting tasks.
- May assist Estimating Department from time to time in preparing job bids by researching information, collecting bids from vendors, organization of bid packets.
-Reach out to subcontractor and vendors for bid pricing Draft subcontracts, purchase orders and service agreements for execution Collect, file and maintain:
preliminary notices and insurance documents Work with estimating staff to draft and format proposals Website maintenance and marketing Community engagement - outreach, sponsorships, events Interface with Project Managers, Estimating staff and Accounting staff - Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
