- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement - Generate reports for inventory management across different platforms including Shiphero, Lowgiwa and Excel - Working along side the CEO for any other tasks needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Proven experience in providing excellent customer service - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and reach mutually beneficial solutions - Proven experience in Excel Note:
