The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented, pitch-in attitude, a good work ethic and willingness to take on more responsibility as we continue to grow.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Data Entry for vendor orders - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills - Previous data entry experience is a MUST - Must be able to type 50
words per minute - Excellent at multi-tasking and working with multiple projects/people at one time - Computer literacy, specifically MS Word and Excel for Windows - Pleasant phone etiquette - Must be extremely organized - Must be energetic Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the day to day operations of the office.
- Performing administrative support tasks; answering phones and routing messages to appropriate staff members.
- Oversee vendor appointments and ensures timely flow of schedule.
- Typing general office correspondence.
- Run daily reports.
- Process store requests.
- Process store markdowns, special orders and store transfers.
- Create month end reports and custom reports for reps.
- Run errands for President/CEO.
- Other duties as assigned.
