1st Shift (7:

Summary:
Safely perform manual labor duties operating production equipment.
Perform quality checks, maintain work area clean and organized to ensure quality product is manufactured to meet customer demand.
Packing various manufactured products.
Fast paced environment, working various production lines.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety polices.
Review/use safety equipment and personal protection equipment (PPE)required for each job.
Safely process material through various production machinery Perform set-ups for different machinery.
Start machine and operate cycle; learn to recognize and solve minor malfunctions of the machine.
Inspect product for defects while manufacturing and packing; remove completed or defective products or materials by placing them in appropriate cartons.
Multi-task and work with a sense of urgency to ensure operating schedules are met.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Label containers, cartons, or products, using specified labels.
Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
Work well with others and on occasion be assigned as a training buddy to a new hire.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
