We're looking for a new team member who will provide a wow customer service experience while creating a warm and professional welcome in our small office.
We need help running the daily operations/front desk to support the doctor as well as being the heart of our office to our beloved patients.

Late-comers and people with constant drama are a buzz kill - Are comfortable with being uncomfortable and want to grow on a personal and professional level.
This means you are game for doing something you don't want to do but it is good for you.
- You must have an exceptional memory.
You can remember situations, names and faces easily.
- Neat and organized.
Sloppy appearance is not acceptable - Must work fast but be accurate.
Must be computer savvy and know how to type.
Windows 10, Excel, Gmail, Word, FB, Instagram, Canva and more, researching info on the internet - Must be empathetic, adaptable, have good judgment - Must have reliable transportation -You MUST love helping people -Have neat handwriting, a decent speller, can do basic math -Previous customer service, administrative or sales experience preferred -Detailed, organized, responsible, motivated to get work done -Able to give and receive constructive criticism for the improvement of the office and yourself.
The perfect candidate will be involved with all aspects of the front desk and back-office operations.
Duties will include:
-Greet patients with a smile and make sure all who enter feel welcomed and comfortable.
You must get to know all of our patients well.
-Loves working with people in general, extra points for entertaining the waiting room with fun engaging conversation.
-Answer phones and make calls with energy and enthusiasm -Schedule appointments/manage the doctor's schedule -Administrative support - calendar events, reminders, be in charge of various details -Manage office efficiency, flow, and quality of patient care -Collection of payment, insurance billing (you will be trained) -Cleaning, keeping the office presentable and organized -Track patient visits/manage accounts and office statistics -Assist with examination procedures (training provided) -Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, texting, maintaining logs and records -keep the office tidy and well kept, order supplies -Assist the doctor with marketing projects and promotional events -Social media posting to FB and Instagram -Canva experience creating artwork for social media It is not a good fit if:

Approximately 32-36 hours per week 90-day probationary period.
Hours and start date will be discussed during the interview process.
You may need to work occasionally on evenings or Saturdays for events (a few times a year.
) Starting at $19-20 per hour, increasing wages and bonuses (including chiropractic care for you) as your value increases and as the practice grows.
Potential to become the office manager.
Experience in the chiropractic field (or as a patient) is a plus as well as other skills you can bring to the table (e.
g.
, graphic design, photography, sewing, decorating, marketing, social media, baking, pet training, you tell me!).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
