Work-from-home days Casual work attire Flexible working hours Duties Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and execute special projects and events.
Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations.
Manage and maintain confidential files and records.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
Requirements Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Note:
Computer literacy is required for this position.
Experience with event planning, project coordination, front desk operations, file management, transcribing, and phone systems is highly desirable.
