We are a busy commercial playground installation company looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong construction background, including contracts, prevailing wage work, and field support.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the office's administrative tasks, such as acquiring necessary job permits, creating job folders, assisting with completion of bid packages, scheduling, maintaining certifications and business licenses, and other administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Collect & Enter Financial Information into QuickBooks.
Produce Financial Reports & Job Costings.
Prepare Year End Financial Summaries.
Various prevailing wage reporting.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Perform data entry and filing tasks.
Process Weekly Payroll via Intuit.
Maintain office records and files.
Job Type:
