We print for a variety of business types and cater to some walk-in customers.
Required:
? Experience in the printing and graphics industry is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Present a professional appearance Professional and responsive customer service Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to process customer orders Proficient in office productivity programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe software a plus) Quickbooks Computer savvy is a must for website estimates and orders.
Able to work independently Ability to learn company software, PrintSmith system, quickly Detail oriented and able to assist with bindery and production as needed.
Obtain and evaluate proper paper, materials and art files to process customer orders Able to communicate effectively Assist with in-coming phone calls from customers, prospects, suppliers, etc.
Enter Orders, bills and credit charges into Quickbooks Create Estimates, Invoices, Purchase Orders, interact with suppliers Assist with walk-in prospects or customers Work with production staff, assist in production as needed Pay to commensurate with experience Hours are 8:
30 am to 4:
