Primary Duties and Responsibilities provide general administrative assistance; coordinates office supply inventory by logging, ordering, and monitoring supply level answer daily customer service calls and record accordingly; perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines Arrange and register daily payment invoices and issue invoices assists in administrative duties assigned by the manager perform other duties and tasks assigned or required that are consistent with the nature and scope of the position Job Qualifications and Requirements Minimum one year of administrative work experience.
High School diploma or above.
Further certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Strong aptitude for calculations, with the ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Strong English writing skills Must be able to work legally in the U.
