Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operation Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
As a Hotel Operation Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guest needs are met and that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure smooth operation of all departments, including guest services, reservations, housekeeping,breakfast, and maintenance.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and provide exceptional service to guests.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other department managers to develop and implement strategies for improving overall hotel performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supervising in hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
