Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual needs, as well as take the appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
Communicate effective client messaging to the customer base to ensure an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations Initiates and develops contacts with existing and potential customers.
A successful Customer Support Associate will have:
2+years of experience in Customer Support Perform detailed daily record-keeping and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic Make positive suggestions on improving and streamlining workflow processes and enhancing profitability.
