Dental - Orthodontic Front Office Position

We are both professional and customer-centric as well as a friendly office and our goal is to provide the best orthodontic care to the patients in the community.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents - Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Enter and update patient or client information in electronic systems, such as Ortho II orthodontic office software - Process insurance claims and verify patient or client insurance coverage - Handle billing and payment transactions - Maintain confidentiality of patient or client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills:
- Proficiency in using computer software systems (prior knowledge of Ortho II orthodontic software is not required but a plus) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient or client confidentiality - Bilingual in Spanish language requested - Prior experience working in a dental office setting is requested Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
