Job Description:
Looking for a friendly, outgoing personality with customer service experience to greet clients, answer phones and collect payments.
They will also help the team keep the space clean, organized, and sanitized.
We're a local dance studio that focuses on creating a family forward atmosphere.
Must be available afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of our clients and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company's workflow runs smoothly.
To be considered for employment you must be:
-Energetic, friendly, and compassionate -Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) -Organized with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work -Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines -Able to multi-task -Tech savvy:
gmail, word, excel, dropbox/google drive (you will also be trained on our scheduling / payment software) -Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Schedule:
Monday -Thursday and Saturdays Pay:
Depends on experience.
It's a part time job with opportunities for additional hours / OT due to projects that come up throughout the year.
