We are currently seeking for an Apartment Turn Technician.
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins.
This process entails assessing a vacant apartment's condition and following a stringent quality control process to prepare the apartment for incoming occupants.
The Apartment Turn Technician is expected to thoroughly review all aspects of a vacant apartment's condition, make a comprehensive list of necessary work and supplies to make the apartment ready, and lastly follow up until the job is done! Works on other assigned service requests for residents, when not doing apartment turns or other directed assignments.
This may include but not be limited to preventative maintenance, assisting other techs, general property improvements and other assignments from supervisors.
Follows documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
May be required to work at more than one location Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:
Valid driver's license; valid vehicle insurance Good communication written and oral in English Being able to work one weekend day and share in after hour calls Sitting, standing, walking, squatting, climbing, crawling, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying, stretching, gripping, etc.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Safely operate golf carts Work at other locations when requested

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
