In this role, you will do the following:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries over the phone, e-mail, and through our websites.
Process sales orders, inbound sales leads and provide product-related knowledge.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and answer technical questions Handle returned merchandise (RMA's) Successfully complete New Hire Training Requirements:
Able to work a full-time desk job in a call center environment Strong communication and listening skills Customer-focused attitude Experience with ERP and/or CRM programs preferred High Energy Solatube International, Inc.
