Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to work on solar maintenance/installations projects in residential and commercial solar system care and maintenance. Work demands require varied construction experience and the ability to perform the duties described below independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Utilize relevant tools such as drills, level, square, tape measure, ladders, etc
Run conduit, copper pipe, flex, and pull wire
Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive to the job site
Assist with overall crew and job site safety; staging materials, tools and loading trucks; general ground support; general site preparation and cleanup
Participate in regular safety trainings
Complete solar maintenance reports and paperwork
Maintain tool management standards
Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
Perform other duties as needed or directed
Requirements
2
years' experience with electrical installations
Licensed electrical contractor highly desirable
High school diploma or GED
Valid state driver license, insurable, clean DMV
Effective communication skills both written and verbal; Presentation skills.
Ability to work/complete/integrate multiple tasks
Ability to learn various skills associated with tool use for home activities
Detail oriented, accurate and thorough
Possess positive team spirit and inspire same in co-workers
Possess integrity and ethics
Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
Ability to follows instructions; respond to management direction
Resourceful at meeting challenges
Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and decision making abilities
Time management skills.
Knowledge of and observance of safety and security procedures
PC skills

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
