Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent required, MBA preferred
15-20 years of progressive experience overseeing a marketing team
Strong customer service and public speaking skills required
Familiarity with Specialty Health Care (HMO, PPO, POS and related plans)
Demonstrated ability to think strategically; strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and technical skills
Computer experience required, Microsoft suite preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee business group, including marketing, budget, sales and materials
Serve as point-of-contact for media inquiries, oversee press releases
Provide creative direction to team of writers and designers
Evaluate and manage staffing needs and performance
Provide direction for planning of corporate and employee events
Travel nationally to support sales teams
Serve as advisor and/or contribute to internal committeesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
