It comes with realistic corded ear buds and the carrying strap. The Walkman is in good used condition. All the cassette tape functions worked and the radio picked up stations. There is some staining in the plastic on the back. The only issue i noticed was some static when the ear buds were plugged and unplugged. The ear buds are missing the foam if they ever had any. Take a look at the pictures as they are part of the description. What you see in the pictures is what you will receive.
